Recipe for Qumquat Gin

Today we picked a bowl of qumquats that have been growing in our garden. Never tried this before but hopefully we have invented our own qumquat gin recipe. These were washed and sliced and put into jars and then covered with gin. They have been put away into a dark cupboard for a few weeks and we will then strain them.
