Fresh Figs

July brings a bumper crop of figs. Both green and black figs. Today we picked some fresh ripe figs which are delicious filled with creamy and tangy gorgonzola , wrapped in prosciutto and then grilled in the over until the cheese has melted and then drizzled some balsamic glaze over them.
